I am nursing my infant currently, I have good supply. Not sure exactly if it is because of this tea, I also followed advice of my doula to pump as much as I could while my milk was coming in- but I drink this tea regularly and eat a lot of food! I think all this combined has given me a lovely supply of breastmilk for my baby!
