How it works:
Make an appointment at least 1 day ahead by calling us at 707-822-5296 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.These are the times we will typically have available:

*If these hours don't work for you, please let us know what times would and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Once we've set up the appointment, we'll send you a link via email with the meeting id and password. If you don't already have Zoom, you will likely be prompted to get the app.
**If you are anti-Zoom for some reason, let us know what video conferencing platform you prefer and we will do our best to work with that**
Pickup or Mailing?
You can pickup your items in-store or curbside.
Shipping is available with the quickest turnarounds on Monday, Wednesday & Friday,
"Once I've selected my items, how do I pay?"
We will ring up your items and give you the total. You can pay in a few different ways:
1) Call in with a credit/debit card
2) Payment at Pickup: If you will be physically coming to the shop to pickup your goods and would like to use cash, check or charge, let us know.
3) Paypal: We can send you an invoice or you can simply send the total through Paypal to email@example.com.
"So why should I Zoom rather than shop online like I regularly do?":
We have tons of one of a kind jewelry, ornaments, statues and so much more that we just can't keep on the website. This is a relatively simple way to see everything Moonrise has to offer! You can also interact with staff in real time if you have any specific questions about any items.
