We shared this yummy nighttime herbal drink in our April newsletter (missed it? No worries, you can check it out here). The ingredients are all great sources of melatonin, lots of vitamins & minerals as well as providing adrenal support!
6oz Almond Milk
4oz Tart Cherry Juice
1/2 tsp Ashwagandha root powder
1/2 tsp Goji Berries (powdered is best in this recipe)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Beet root powder
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey (agave or maple syrup work fine, too),
*If you can't get the powdered versions of these herbs, you can make a strong decoction (simmered tea) out of them and add that to your blend instead.
